Little Tikes 2-in-1 Snug & Secure Swing

The 2-in-1 Snug 'N Secure Swing from Little Tike is sturdy, safe, built to last and loads of fun for your child. As a baby, your child can enjoy swinging though the air while feeling secure and safe - the straps and harness keep your child snug in the swing seat. As your child grows and his confidence grows, you can remove the straps and harness and watch as the 2-in-1 Snug 'N Secure Swing become a regular swing.

Young children will get the hang of hanging with this cute swing from Little Tikes. Its blue plastic body sports sturdy yellow shoulder straps and a red T-bar to keep babies and toddlers safe; the T-bar can be removed for older kids. Parents should make sure not to hang the swing above concrete or another hard surface, and they should check that the support structure is secure. (The instructions don't specify how to attach the swing to the support.) The swing holds a maximum weight of 50 pounds. --Andy Boynton

Cardio Athletic Kickbox II - Play Hard, but Play Safe [VHS]

Cardio Athletic Kickbox II is ideal for 'regular' people who want to turn their home exercise session up a notch.

* Motivating and entertaining instructor.
The video starts with a demo of the kicks and punches, proper form, and advice for injury prevention. Cardio Athletic Kickbox II truly lives up to its theme of "Lets Play Hard, but Lets Play Safe®." Following the warmup, the video escalates into an aggressive, yet fun and entertaining workout incorporating boxing combinations, elbows, knees, multiple kicks, and athletic drills. Throughout the program, safety tips and correct form for various kicks and punches are given, along with options for low and moderate workout intensity.
Eversley's style will be a refreshing change of pace and will motivate you to reach your goals!

"Play hard, play safe, and have a good time doing it," invites aerobic kickboxing master instructor Eversley Forte. This high-intensity, cardio kickboxing workout is aimed at the intermediate to advanced exerciser. Forte starts by introducing the basic punches and kicks, emphasizing proper body alignment and technique. Then he leads a workout that continues to climb in intensity, first doing moves in isolation, then combining them. "Jab, jab, upper, upper, front kick, side kick, shuffle," Forte commands--and that's just the first routine. It's heavy cardio, and not for the beginning exerciser, although one class participant demonstrates low-impact modifications so you can tone it down a little. Forte is an excellent instructor, a consummate professional, motivating and skillful. He explains and cues clearly, keeping the workout both challenging and manageable, and he always takes the time to make sure you understand the technique. Definitely a hot workout. --Joan Price
